Next to pumpkin spice, this is definitely my new favourite flavour! I can’t believe how creamy Level 1 tastes mixed only with water- blends perfectly without any trace of lumps. So happy to have found a high quality protein powder that doesn’t upset my gluten and lactose intolerance. Everyone should buy 1st Phorm ⭐️

Wasn’t blown away
I took the time with this review, cause I’ve been using BPN proteins and decided to try level 1 for once. I took the Blueberry Muffin flavor, which is a 2-3 no more with a but if after taste (and I love blueberry muffins). My usual go to is anything like cinnamon roll, biscuit, peanut butter etc). Texture wise : I love thick protein that is more creamy and this one was a bit too watery for me. Most importantly, as I have many digestive issues, it felt nice and easy on my stomach. Overall ok for me but when it comes to protein I will stick to BPN.
