product is great, customer service on the other hand, 1 out of 10 would be generous.
ordered the product in June, finally delivered in September. Whilst they tried to keep us up to date and apologised for the shipping delays I eventually respectfully said I had waited too long for the product and would like to cancel. it took me 3 attempts to get a response and finally confirmed the refund would be processed... it wasn't.
They still managed to ship the product to me, I notified them as soon as I received the shipping notification, no response. I received the goods and have been charged despite assuring me the refund would be processed. I have emailed another two times to find out how they proposed to resolve the situation, yet again no response. unfortunately will not be using A-List nutrition again.
