Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at A-List Nutrition Ltd.​ Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

Once orders have been processed and collected, deliver will be within 2-3 business days on standard delivery. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. This situation is highly unlikely, but could arise. This will occur through launches and pre-orders.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. All orders placed will receive a tracking number. If you have not received this, please contact us at info@alistnutrition.com with your order number. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Weekends & Bank Holidays

Please note that A-List Nutrition Ltd does not ship out orders over the weekend and holidays. If an order is placed during these periods they will be shipped within the next two business days. E.g Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and dispatched on Monday or Tuesday. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

A-List Nutrition Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). The duties & taxes will vary from country to country and we suggest you check this before purchasing. 

If you refuse to pay the duties & taxes charge, your order will be sent back to us and we will be able to offer a full refund minus the shipping cost and return shipping costs if applicable. Unfortunately, if a package is destroyed, seized, or held by customs we are not able to offer a refund.

Please be aware that some orders may take longer to pass through the customs office, this is a rare occasion and we advise to keep an eye on your tracking for updates. This is out of our control. 

We can not declare your order as a gift or with a lower value since this is against existing laws.

We do our best to stay on top of international Custom laws across the world, however, there are far too many countries around the world with custom laws that change on a regular basis. It is your responsibility to check if the products you have ordered are allowed in your country before you order. 

Damages

A-List Nutrition Ltd​ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please send us an email to info@alistnutrition.com, please contact us within 14 days of the arrival of your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@alistnutrition.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you have received the wrong product/size, please contact us and we will be able to send out a free returns label. Once we have this we will be able to send out the correct product/size.

If your product has been subjected to a manufacturing error, please contact us with further information. 

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then advise you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The refund will be granted and credited back to the account it was originally charged to no later than 7 business days after the product has been received by A-List Nutrition. It may take up to 3-5 working days for the bank to recognize the credit on your end and for your account to reflect the credit.

If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We will only be able to exchange items which are defective or damaged. If this applies to you, please contact us at info@alistnutrition.com. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non​-refundable.
