I personally have taken Balance for 6 consecutive months and am amazed by the results. My skin has gone from cystic acne to completely clear (minus the odd spot every so often), my hormonal mood swings seem to have drastically diminished (good news to everyone I'm around!) and my energy levels are a lot higher than before which is a bonus. I have found that after taking Balance for a prolonged time the results slow down and aren't as noticeable, therefore I take a 8 week break and then restart so I can benefit from the results to the full ability again.
