Today is the day! England haven’t got to the finals of a major football tournament since 1966 and a lot of us are already on the edge of our seats in anticipation of tonight’s game….Now as I’m writing this, I’m not a huge football fan, in fact I am one of “those fans” that only watch when England are playing so I can’t quite fully appreciate the skill & dedication that goes into the game.
HOWEVER…One thing that I can fully appreciate is when I see an entire country come together and unite for a common cause! No matter our race, gender, ethnicity or any other insignificant thing that normally divides us, the entire country is routing for their football team and I think that’s pretty special.
