Harry started going to the gym and training at the age of 17 learning the basics of training and nutrition. In 2012 Harry moved from a commercial gym to Primitive Gym of which he kickstarted his career in bodybuilding. In 2013 harry had his 1st show in Portsmouth and won his class progressing to the British Finals of which he placed 6th. Harry returned to the stage in 2015 in the Ken Classic. He once again won the qualifiers as an intermediate heavyweight and placed 3rd in the British Finals. Harry then took 2016 off and made some excellent progress to compete again in 2017. Prep for the Portsmouth Qualifiers was tough resulting to Harry placing 2nd and then 5th in the British Finals. After this show Harry was unsure on the future of his bodybuilding career but stuck at it, determined to earn that pro card! In 2019 Harry started working with Chris Aceto and entered the Ben Weider Classic and placed 2nd. Following on from that Harry won the qualifiers of his next show leading to a 2nd place in the British Finals in September. Chris Aceto was confident that Harry had what it takes to become an IFBB Pro. Harry then entered the Yamamoto Cup in Italy and won the heavyweight class and ended up winning the overall meaning he had earned his pro card. HARD WORK PAYS OFF. At present, Harry is spending 2020 off competition and is looking to return to the stage with Chris Aceto in 2021 at either the New York or California Pro.
