Excellent product

Brilliant product, I ordered the chocolate milk, it mixes really well and tastes great, I use it after the gym or any time I fancy a bit of a cheat snack I go for a molk instead of something less healthy.
Big bonus for me is it doesn’t contain soy or sugar, easily the best protein shake I’ve had.

I've been a customer of this company since 2020n and haven't been let down not even once. I'm a 1st Phorm products addict and did try some of Jocko Fuel which is great but still I go back to 1P.
James and his team has been always amazing deliveries on time sometimes there are slight delays which is understandable since the products are arriving from the US.

Love this collagen, easy to add into diet (I put it in my morning coffee) and I’ve noticed a difference in my hair, especially the baby hairs which never seem to grow. Will continue to buy. I always go for unflavoured as I find the others too sweet.

I have been taking this for 3 months now, cost and quality are up there, an affordable well working product.
At first I was having intense dreams on and off for the first week or two… wouldn’t say this was a downside at all as the sleep I was getting was deep and uninterrupted.
Benefits I have found;
Deeper sleep
Quicker recovery from gym
Craving less sugar as I have this after dinner an hour before bed where I could usually grab a sweet snack but this curbs my cravings, I actually crave this.
And most recently my time of the month my hormones are a lot calmer, cramps are little to none, I’ve barely noticed my period at all.
Downside is I always seem to need the products and there is none in stock. Feels like it takes forever to come back.
But all in all this is an everyday must I love this product!!!!!!
